Our sustainability policy:

True Colours has come a long way since the mid-90s, transitioning from pre-press to a full-blown digital print operation. Maintaining environmentally responsible practices through this transition has brought its own challenges. Why? Because, despite efforts to introduce biochemical components, typical offset printing is still largely dependant on petroleum-based pollutants for press-cleaning operations, blanket washes, and also as components of ink formulations. Would you be happy to hear that True Colours chose to use comparatively non-polluting digital printing technologies? If you are environmentally aware, you can feel good about using our services.

Sustainability - it is a word that we are all hearing more and more. We are embracing it here at True Colours by recycling all possible waste ink containers and cartridges as well as our waste paper, cans, bottles and plastics. We use non-toxic, biodegradable cleansing agents and the inks we use are non-toxic, non-poisonous and classed as non-hazardous. In fact, we use no hazardous chemicals in our production facility for any of our printing processes.
